The Essence of Pure Flavour or Helmut Spargles' Magic Liquid was a distillation of pure flavor discovered by old style chef. He claimed it could be used to allow "the inner flavor of any dish to blossom forth". It was given to Bender upon his completion of a dish deemed "acceptable", despite the fact that it ultimately killed Helmut. He used it in his match against Elzar on "Iron Cook" which won him the title of Iron Cook and even caused Morbo the anchor monster to cry.
The liquid was kept in a small crystal vile which Bender mistook as a 'diamond vial of Mrs Dash'. Upon analysis, the liquid was discovered to be composed of two hydrogen atoms covalently bonded with one oxygen molecule (water) infused with Lysergic Acid Diethylamide.
