The Essence of Pure Flavor or Helmut Spargles' Magic Liquid was a distillation of pure flavor. He claimed it could be used to allow "the inner flavor of any dish to blossom forth". It was given to Bender upon his completion of a dish deemed "acceptable", despite the fact that it ultimately killed Helmut. He used it in his match against Elzar on "Iron Cook" which won him the title of Iron Cook and even caused Morbo the anchor monster to cry.
The liquid was kept in a small crystal vial which Bender mistook as a 'diamond vial of Mrs Dash'.
