Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American voice actor. He is known as the Green Lantern in Justice League, the title characters in both Samurai Jack, and Static Shock, and Wilt in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. He provides the voice for Hermes Conrad.
