Penguins Unlimited was an organisation whose leader was Free Waterfall, Sr. Its goal was to protect the penguins of Pluto from many dangers, such as the dark-matter spill in "The Birdbot of Ice-Catraz" . It was briefly joined by Turanga Leela, but she left when she realised that the organisation's members wanted to kill the penguins.
