Mutant

There are many Mutants living in the ruins of Old New York. They are shunned by the aboveground New New Yorkers, and are forced to live their lives underground.

The mutants are mainly scavengers, relying heavily on the things the New New Yorkers flush down the toilet. They are led by Mayor Raoul. They have a well established village, with a seemingly vibrant economy as evidenced by the existence of stores and restaurants reminiscent of 20th century corporate chains. They have quite a few young people in the village, and the local teacher is Dwayne. Unfortunately the school was destroyed after a motorized sewer race between Leela and Moose went out of control.
