The Head of the ACLU is a proud Earthican who was in favor of harsh legal actions against Zoidberg for his ingestion of Earth's flag during Freedom Day. He was seen singing Don't Mess with Earth outside the Supreme Court building in Washington, D.C., and though he was initially considered to be a potential lawyer for Zoidberg, was passed over in favor of Old Man Waterfall.
