Zindy is an alien who video-dated John A. Zoidberg for four years before breaking up with him because of his smell in "Stench and Stenchibility".
Appearance[]
Zindy is blue with purple nodules, has tentacles (including some tentacle-like hair on her head) and three eyes. She has no legs and moves around rather like a slug, with a green trail forming behind her. Humans in general seem to find her appearance disgusting but Zoidberg finds her beautiful, at least from a distance.
Relationship with Zoidberg[]
It's unknown how Zoidberg and Zindy began video-dating, but they have apparently never met in person before the events of "Stench and Stenchability". Zoidberg calls her "my darling" and Zindy's pet-name for him is "Johnny-Cakes", possibly a reference to crab-cakes (which is actually Marianne's pet-name for him later.) It's implied that she's Zoidberg's girlfriend so their relationship seems quite serious.
They first meet at the "NNY Bus Terminal and Strategic Urine Reserve" where she arrives on a "Parolee's Choice Bus Lines" hoverbus at 4:30. She immediately notices his "horrible stench" when smelling the flowers he's bought her. Shortly afterwards, she realises it's coming from him, and leaves him heartbroken. However, he quickly rallies when he gets to know local flower-seller Marianne, who he begins dating just afterwards.
