Decision 3012 is the third episode of production season seven and season 9 (broadcast).

Synopsis

It is the 3012 debate and everyone but Leela decides to vote for Nixon who promises a Fence around the solar system to keep away aliens. At a senator debate Leela agrees to one senator name Chris Z. Travers ideas that everyone else hates and becomes his manager. Bender and Nixon try to show everyone that he his bad but nothing arises except his middle name Zaxxar which leads the rumor that he is an alien. Fry, Leela and Bender try to go the hospital that Travers was said to have been born and find no earth certificate and discover he is from the future. He comes from a future where the fence Nixon promised did keep out aliens. This lead to the lowering of farmers, math teachers and doctors. Society is a waste and Nixon turns those who oppose him in to Soylent Green. Robots do the work but rebel and the robot armies are led by Bender. Travis went back in time (by using the same code used in Bender's Big Score).
