Plot

Act I: "Everybody Loves Hypno-Toad!"

Cubert and Dwight enjoy watching All My Circuits and wish to live the life the characters do. Because their birthdays are coming up, they invite kids but only Tinny Tim comes over. While watching All My Circuits, the robot actor who plays Calculon's son gets busted, so the studio calls for replacements. However, Bender, desperate to get the part, boos every applicant, as Calculon thinks there is an audience. When Bender comes up, Fry and Leela's cheering get him the part.

Act II: "Not us FARTers!"

In Bender's first scene, he is suppose to be put in an irreversible coma but he doesn't like the part and does his antics on camera. Though the director has every intention of firing Bender, but the Network ExecuBots come with the President, displayed as a laptop. He says that the testing for Bender's antics has been positive and has been as an independent character who interrupts all of Calculon's life. This gives kids bad influence, especially Dwight and Cubert. Hermes and Farnsworth form the Fathers Against Rude Television (or FART), to give protest.

Dwght, Cubert and Tinny Tim decide to imitate bender's acts by robbing him.

Act III: "I've gone too far! Who does that guy think I am?!"

The three take many of Bender's stuff as Fy was too ignorant. They host a party, where everyone acts like Bender. When Bender himself finds out, he declares to support FART. Together, they go to the studio to demand that all TVs be equipped with a b-chip, to censor Bender. But the network executive refuses to let him quit and both sides put a gun up to him. But he distracts them and takes their guns. He talks to the world on television that parents should be more responsible and turn off the TV.

Back at Planet Express, Farnsworth agrees that they should turn off the TV once and a while. But everyone watchs Hypno toad.

Act IV: We've got nothing better to do!

In the credits, a song roles.

Goofs

When the children in Bender masks walk past Fry, he picks up the phone and says 'Hi Bender'. In the next scene Bender jumps out of the safe which robot version of tiny tim was carrying out of Fry's flat. When he emerges there is no sign of a phone. How did he talk to Fry. (This isn't a goof, its simply showing Fry's indefference and lack of attention to the world around him)
