The Amish Homeworld was a human colony world that Philip J. Fry temporarily moved to in June 3011 to escape a ghost in the Futurama series. The planet is full of villages, fields with Earthican plants such as corn, forests, and green fields where Earthican animals live.
Unlike the other colonies, or even earth itself, this planet has a unique psychic field which prevents its inhabitants from advancing in any way beyond the pre-industrial era, as well as suppressing any desire to go off-world or return to earth, Fry was immune to the psychic fields effects however, due to his lack of a delta brainwave.
